The Registrar Office of Bodoland University plays a vital role for its growth and development of the University. It begins with Dr. Sekhar Brahma as the first Registrar of Bodoland University from 02-08-2010 to 11-07-2017. After the superannuation of Dr. Sekhar Brahma, new incumbent Dr. Prahlad Basumatary assumed the office as the Registrar (In- charge) from 12-07-2017 to 01-06-2020.Thereafter, Mr. Aswini Kr. Doley, ACS from 02-06- 2020 to 16-12-2020 was deputed as Registrar by the Government of Assam vide order no. AHE.1049/2019/14, Dated, Dispur 27th May, 2020 and after serving almost 6 months as Registrar of the University, he has rejoined in his original post at Dispur Secretariat, Guwahati, therein, Dr. Hare Krishna Sahoo, DSW of Bodoland University took the charge as Registrar in-charge from 17-12-2020 to 28-02-2022. Later Dr. H.K. Sahoo, has been relieved from the Charge of Registrar in-charge and Prof. Indira Boro, Department of Bodo, BU took the charge as the Registrar (In-charge) from 01-03-2022 to 31-05-2022. Thereafter, Dr. Subung Basumatary acts as the regular (permanent) Registrar of Bodoland University from 01-06-2022 till date.
