Hearty greetings to you on the website of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University, Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh government has established this university on December 19, 2011 to increase teaching, training and research in all fields of knowledge and science through Hindi medium.
The objective of this university is to create such a young generation who is world class in terms of employability skills and character with overall personality development. The University wants to create such an educational system, which, while coordinating Indian knowledge and modern knowledge, can develop such thinking among students, teachers and parents, which focuses on India and gives priority to the welfare of the entire universe.
The foundation stone of such a university has been laid on June 6, 2013 on 50 acres of land in Mughaliya Kot village by the blessings of the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee. Starting with 60 students in the academic session 2012-13, about 442 students have taken admission in this university for the session 2017-18. So far, more than 231 courses have been prepared in Hindi in 18 faculties. The facility of Hindi language as well as one foreign language, one regional language and computer training is available to every student in the university through part-time certificate programme. In all the courses, along with modern knowledge, information about Indian contribution in that subject is also given and emphasis is given on promoting the concept of self-employment with value-based professionalism in the concerned subject.
